We are changing and pushing forward with new challenges.

We were founded in 1990 in Hong Kong as a plastic molding company.
With the support from many customers, we are able to acquire various technologies and grow into a company capable of manufacturing finished products.

We will continue to pursue manufacturing with customers' satisfaction in mind in terms of quality (Q), cost (C), and delivery time (D), and we will also continue to change and challenge ourselves to further satisfy our customers in terms of safety (S) and the environment (E).

About Us

Technoplas Japan takes full responsibility for everything from production to after-sales service.

Technoplas Japan has well-equipped factories with reliable assembly lines to manufacture high-quality products.

Each plant has a new employee training center, which provides new employee training such as learning mfg knowledge, basic machine operation, and assembly practice. By evaluating each employee's abilities and assigning them according to their aptitude, we are able to achieve high product quality and customers' satisfaction.

Technoplas Japan's consistent operation and order control have been built in oversea factories based on Japanese mfg system, and veteran Japanese staff in overseas factory provide managing production, quality control, and delivery management.

In addition, we provide our full range of services, including plan, research, development, design, tooling processing, parts procurement, prototyping, mass production, inspection, QA, and after-sales service in Japan, depending on the customer's needs.

History

March, 1990	Technoplas is established in Hong Kong, and its contract manufacturing plant is established in Shenzhen, China, to begin toner cartridge molding operations.
May, 1994	New Techno Power is established in Hong Kong and started operation of its contract manufacturing plant for molding and assembly in Shenzhen, China.
May, 1994	Techno Trading is established in Hong Kong.
April, 1997	New Techno Tool is established in Hong Kong and begins operations as a molding and assembly plant in Shenzhen, China.
July, 1997	Dynamic Electronics Ent. and Zhuhai Dynamic Electronics join our group, and production of headphones and micro-speakers begins.
February, 2002	Nara Sales Office established.
May, 2004	Technoplas (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Is established and started sales of molding products and toolings to automotive companies.
December, 2009	Techno Max and its contract manufacturing plant joined our group, and begin sales of tooling and molding.
February, 2011	Merged Osaka Sales Office and Nara Sales Office to form Nara division.
2013	All contract manufacturing plants in China are incorporated.
August, 2013	Techno MoldPlas Philippines, Inc. is established in Calamba, Philippines and started sales of toolings, molded and painted parts.
2018 & 2019	Reorganization and rationalization of production operations in China due to management restructuring of a major customer.
2019	Started production of drive recorders (Zhuhai).
2020	Started production of fan units Development of air sterilizers and UV deodorizers (Zhuhai).
2021	Started new remote control ODM business (Nara).
2021	Expansion of tooling processing capacity (the Philippines).
2022	Started shipment of new remote controls (Nara).
2023	Start of AC adapter brokerage business (Hong Kong).
