Technoplas Japan is a company that handles everything centered on plastic molding from design, development to assembly, sales, import & export of various components, in cooperation with group companies and partner factories spread throughout Japan and overseas.
These years, we have participated in supporting EV development based on our engineering-expert in the mobility field and wide cooperative relationships. We provide a wide range of technical support, from the design/development and procurement of related parts to the launch of an EV factory.

EV Development ＆ Technical Support： We support EV MFRs in terms of technical support and parts procurement. We are currently participating in a plan to open a new EV production plant, which is scheduled to start mass production in 2024.

We operate our Nara Division in Japan, Zhuhai Dynamic Electronics in China and Techno Moldplas in Phillippines as production plants.
The Nara Division can produce mainly home appliances, medical equipment.
In China, Zhuhai factory handles ODM & OEM products such as audio, consumer electronics.
In Phillippines, our factory handles mainly plastic molded parts and assys, painting, printing. And other partner factories in Shenzhen and Thailand also can provide wide-ranged manufacvturing service.

Since its establishment in 1996, Technoplas Japan has built cooperative relationships with suppliers throughout Asia, including China, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
We not only procure parts and products from our suppliers, but also obtain information on new technologies and materials, and strive to provide meaningful technical information to our customers.
For example, we can assist our customers by providing information on alternatives to EOL parts and materials, as well as information on procurement and import/export arrangements related to our products. Our experienced staff will help you find the best solution to your problems.
Rich Human resources with excellent communication skills
When dealing with oversea suppliers and others, it is important to be able to speak the local native language as well as to have good communication skills.
Most of our staff in Technoplas Japan has mastered Chinese language. Communication without interpreters can make us to convey detailed nuances correctly, and to minimize misunderstandings and its loss. When outsourcing to a new affiliated factory overseas, our staff conducts on-site audits, provides in-depth guidance for improvement, and controls production.
